[ Expert/Novice ]

Each day we do tasks, make decisions, respond to emails, etc.
How we do those activities reflects whether we’re an expert or a novice.

For me, when I don’t know what to do ‘next’ in a task, well, I’m probably still learning or at the novice stage. For tasks that reflect my expertise, I always know exactly what to do next.

We’re going to have to get much better at knowing (and admitting) when we’re an expert and when we’re not.
