[ Topic Org Chart ]

I found a page in my files showing a hierarchical organisation chart for the topic of “pipeline engineering”. I don’t know what the origin of this document is, unfortunately.
It was in the file-folder titled ‘development of PECS (Pipeline Engineering Competency System)’, so someone in the development committee back in 2006ish must’ve created it.

I like the visuality of it. It gives us a picture of where to start with the topic, and how levels of knowledge can be ‘peers’ or can be ‘subordinate’ to other knowledge.
And any item listed could be the header of its own topic chart.
