[ Consumer Choice ]

The recent change in card fees allocation has another problem:  the consumer pay choice effect on business cashflow.

The consumer chooses how to pay (if options are given); the card convenience fee is now covered by the business (me).

But the irritating crux of the issue is: for each transaction, I don’t know what the consumer will choose.

So, will I get 100% of the price, or, some percentage of it after fees are taken?

Each transaction: I don’t know how much I’ll get.

So, while there’s no charge for the consumer, my cashflow prediction has become a guessing game.
